In this full time position based in Toronto, you will lead a talented QE team within the Finance IT SubLedger area. Your key role will include implementing best practices for testing methodologies and improving overall quality engineering capabilities. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that testing aligns seamlessly with project timelines and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Roll out best practices for structured testing disciplines • Define comprehensive test strategies for complex systems • Implement shift left practices across programs • Create metrics for testing efficiencies and improvements • Collaborate effectively with FIAT QE teams and DevOps resources
Requirements: • 10+ years in quality engineering, ideally with lead roles • Minimum 3 years of experience in people management • Experienced with automation frameworks and tools • Strong Agile delivery insights and CI/CD experiences • Proficient in web services testing and SQL
