As part of our Energy Services team, this role plays a key part in strengthening customer partnerships and ensuring operational excellence across our portfolio.As Manager, Energy Solutions & Project Delivery, you will act as the critical link between customer engagement and technical execution—supporting day‐to‐day operations, identifying performance improvements, and leading project delivery that enhances reliability, efficiency, and customer value.What you'll doYou will act as the primary operational and technical contact for assigned customers, ensuring strong responsiveness, ownership, and communication to drive customer satisfaction. You will build and maintain relationships with building operators, facility teams, property managers, contractors, consultants, and senior stakeholders, while leading coordination and response efforts for system issues, service concerns, investigations, and emergency support.You will perform on‐site technical investigations across HVAC systems, controls, energy usage, and building performance, using BAS trends and operational data to identify root causes, optimization opportunities, and corrective actions. You will develop and advance initiatives focused on operational efficiency, reliability, and customer value, while supporting access to utility incentives and energy efficiency programs.You will lead end‐to‐end delivery of customer projects, including scope, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout, while coordinating cross‐functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners.



You will support proactive customer engagement, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and contribute to business growth by strengthening partnerships and delivering technical solutions that support long‐term customer success.What we're looking forStrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, hydronic systems, building operations, mechanical equipment, and controlsExperience working with BAS systems, operational trending, and system performance analyticsProven ability to conduct technical investigations, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causesDemonstrated experience managing customer relationships with a strong focus on service and partnershipHands‐on experience working with building operators, facility teams, and property managersExperience managing projects, including scope, contractors, schedules, budgets, and customer communicationAbility to identify operational improvements, energy optimization opportunities, and value‐add initiativesStrong coordination skills across internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders5–7 years of experience in HVAC, building operations, energy services, technical support, or project delivery environmentsDiploma or degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Building Systems, Energy Systems, Engineering Technology, or related fieldExperience with utility incentive programs, energy efficiency initiatives, or decarbonization projects is an assetWhy EnwaveAt Enwave, you'll work at the intersection of operations, energy, and sustainability—helping deliver solutions that improve how buildings perform and how cities consume energy.
