As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will report to the Warehouse Manager and have a hands-on role in ensuring productivity and quality within the warehouse. This position is vital for meeting customer demands and enhancing warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff ensuring efficiency • Fulfill customer orders accurately and on schedule • Monitor inventory levels and enforce accuracy • Train and coach employees for optimal performance • Optimize warehouse operations for maximum productivity

Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years in a supervisory role in distribution • Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Strong communication and leadership abilities • Knowledge of food safety practices is an asset
