Woodfibre LNG seeks a Materials and Logistics Coordinator based in Squamish, BC, focusing on procurement and logistics management for their LNG project. This role is vital to maintaining operations and supporting site activities.
As an integral part of the Woodfibre LNG team, you will report to the Maintenance Manager, ensuring all materials and logistics align with operational demands. Collaborating with various teams, your tasks will streamline the procurement processes and contribute to the project's overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement and logistics for essential materials
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities
• Track and manage inventory levels for maintenance events




• Develop strategies for supplier and contractor performance
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in logistics or procurement
• Proficiency in SAP (Hanna) or similar ERP tools
• Experience with inventory management and coordination processes
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
