As a Project Manager and Technical Lead in WSP's Building Sciences team, you will supervise the restoration and enhancement of diverse building types. Your expertise in building envelope restoration will guide multidisciplinary teams through assessments, designs, and project completions. You will also mentor emerging professionals and ensure project quality meets WSP standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead condition assessments and forensic investigations of buildings • Provide technical guidance on restoration projects involving various materials • Establish project methodologies and design criteria for success • Guide teams through project phases from assessment to closeout • Serve as trusted advisor, delivering risk assessments and solutions

Requirements: • 8+ years in building sciences or restoration engineering • Strong technical expertise in building envelope systems • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario • Proven leadership experience in multidisciplinary projects • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
