As a Senior Interaction Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping user-centred services that meet organisational and policy needs while delivering excellent user experiences. Working within the Create Service Line, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, service managers and stakeholders to design and improve digital services. Using research, data and evidence, you'll help turn complex requirements into straightforward, effective interactions that meet user needs and align with organisational goals. You'll champion inclusive and accessible design, facilitate collaboration across teams and contribute to the development of design standards, patterns and best practice. You'll also help embed user-centred design approaches, support colleagues and influence decisions that shape the future of digital services.
