Fullscript is seeking a Benefits Program Senior Lead to enhance employee experience through innovative strategies. Oversee operations and design impactful benefits programs in Canada and the U.S. In this role, you'll be responsible for defining and executing our global advantages philosophy. You'll ensure our programs meet employee needs and remain competitive while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
