In this full time position, you will oversee occupational therapy and allied health services. You'll lead students and staff while making critical clinical decisions on patient assessments and interventions. Additionally, your expertise will help monitor service delivery and develop operational plans for optimal care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate occupational therapy services and supervise staff
• Make clinical decisions on assessments and interventions
• Monitor day-to-day operations and patient care delivery




• Participate in program development and clinical leadership
• Advise on staffing levels and caseload management
Requirements:
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Experience in healthcare or similar settings
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice in occupational therapy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
