Become an integral part of GoodLife Fitness as a Customer Service Motivator. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere while assisting Members and Potential Members with their fitness journeys.

In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests at GoodLife Fitness Clubs. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of fitness services. You will greet members, handle inquiries, and provide support while ensuring every visit is enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities: • Greet and check in Members for workouts • Assist with FitFix and Cardio machine questions • Efficiently manage incoming calls and messages • Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for recent members • Maintain cleanliness of the Club environment

Requirements: • CPR-A & AED Certification required • Must obtain Smart Tan certification within 3 months • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Previous customer service experience preferred • Knowledge of the fitness industry is essential
