Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Registered Nurse to implement care policies
• Coordinate with healthcare team and external partners
• Notify physician of notable changes in resident condition




• Guide Personal Support Workers on specific care tasks
• Engage in shift reporting to inform care updates
Requirements:
• Strong background in geriatric nursing and administration
• Valid Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario
• Knowledge of applicable health regulations and acts
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Previous long-term care experience a plus
