In this role, you will report to the Specialty Pharma Supervisor and develop individualized care plans for your patients. You will conduct health assessments, maintain effective communication, and document patient conditions accurately. Specialized training will be provided, giving you the chance to engage in ongoing education and clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop customized nursing care strategies for patients • Conduct thorough health assessments to guide treatment • Initiate IV access through various methods • Administer injectable medication and treatments safely • Document and report any adverse patient reactions

Requirements: • BSN from an accredited nursing program • Current registration with provincial regulatory body • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required • ACLS certification or support to obtain • 2 years of experience in acute care preferred
