Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct initial consultations to assess clients' debt situations • Assist debtors and creditors through in-person and phone support • Review forms and prepare documentation for client signatures • Promote personal debt solutions through outreach and social media • Participate in community outreach and business development activities

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years in customer service or financial services • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration and communication • Strong attention to detail with effective time management • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Availability for one evening shift per week until 7:30 PM
