and costs clearly Sell recommended services and related merchandise Process payments and handle basic financial transactions Investigate and resolve customer concerns professionally Maintain accurate records, statistics, and service documentation Perform general office and administrative duties as required Qualifications & Skills

Previous dealership experience is an asset Sales experience is an asset Comfortable using computer systems and automotive software Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic Passion for the automotive industry What We Offer
