This role includes responsibilities for annual health assessments and managing primary care for a select group of motivated clients. As the practice grows, you'll have the chance to shape new initiatives and develop programs within the clinic. The position also offers potential for becoming Associate Medical Director if leadership interests you.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct thorough executive health assessments for patients • Ensure continuity of care for a designated patient group • Foster robust relationships during appointment times • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on patient care • Take part in developing and implementing new programs

Requirements: • Must be licensed to practice in Ontario with CPSO • Previous experience in a private health care model preferred • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment • Genuine interest in preventative care and patient partnership • Focus on holistic approaches in patient treatment
