Become an integral part of Third Space Counselling & Mental Health as an LGBTQIA2S+ Relationship Counsellor. Work flexibly in Downtown Vancouver while nurturing clients with integrative practices.

Ideal candidates are Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) or equivalent, with expertise in relationship counselling modalities such as EFT and Gottman Method. This role prioritizes the affirmation of LGBTQIA2S+ experiences and the support of various relationship structures, including polyamory and non-monogamous arrangements. You'll develop a personalized caseload while contributing to a supportive and evolving practice.

Key Responsibilities:



• Build a caseload with established client referrals • Utilize recognized approaches to support couples • Affirm LGBTQIA2S+ perspectives in counselling • Manage independent practice within a supportive team • Contribute to the practice’s growth and clinical direction

Requirements: • Registered or registration-eligible as RCC or similar • Specialized training in couples therapy • Ability to manage basic administrative tasks • Alignment with integrative approaches in counselling • Openness to offering group work in the future
