Southern Health-Santé Sud in Steinbach is seeking a Home Care Attendant to join the Home Care Program. The incumbent provides personal care and home support to clients in their own homes, following an established plan of care.
Under the direction of the Resource Coordinator - Home Care, the HCA assists frail and disabled clients, adapting to individual needs. The position is in-person with days, evenings and weekends, travel as required, and a supportive team setting.
