As a Mechanical Engineer in the Sustaining team, you will focus on lifecycle management and enhancing reliability and manufacturability of production liquid cooling products. Your role includes troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analyses, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Manufacturing and Quality. You'll ensure customer-oriented objectives are met consistently through innovative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support CDU products to ensure performance and reliability
• Investigate and analyze product and manufacturing issues




• Create and implement Engineering Change Requests
• Provide engineering support to key operational teams
• Identify alternate components to mitigate supply issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-7 years of relevant engineering experience
• Familiarity with DFM/DFA principles
• Experience resolving technical issues in manufacturing
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
