Key Responsibilities:



• Advocate for persons’ rights and choices • Interact effectively with individuals receiving support • Participate in Personal Service Plans documentation • Foster positive relationships with families and professionals • Assist with daily living activities and medication administration

Requirements: • Grade 12 education and Diploma in Community Support • Minimum 2 years experience in social services/health care • Current First Aid/CPR and Food Safe certificates • Criminal record clearance and TB test • Restricted class 4 driver’s licence for Full time roles
