In this role, you will act as the vital link between high-level business vision and technical execution. You will take full ownership of the product backlog, translating complex requirements into actionable, developer-ready roadmaps. What You’ll Do Backlog Stewardship: Strategically manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure every sprint aligns with core business goals and long-term vision. Requirements Engineering: Gather and define functional and non-functional requirements, collaborating closely with global stakeholders to ensure complete clarity. Sprint Leadership: Define clear goals and maintain team focus on high-priority deliverables while facilitating key Scrum ceremonies, including planning and retrospectives. Implementation Clarity: Drive continuous backlog refinement, ensuring user stories, epics, and edge-case documentation are "ready" and well-defined ahead of development. What You’ll Bring Proven Expertise: Substantial experience as a Product Owner with a track record of independently managing complex requirements in a fast-paced environment. Technical Writing: Exceptional ability to draft detailed user stories, use cases, and actionable tasks that provide clear direction for engineering teams. Translational Skills: A unique ability to bridge the gap between technical developers and business executives, turning high-level ideas into technical reality. Ownership Mentality: A strong sense of accountability for backlog prioritization, resource assignment, and meeting critical deadlines. Organizational Excellence: Highly structured and capable of managing competing priorities without losing sight of the "big picture."
