You will provide child-minding services while working closely with the Childcare Lead to ensure the safety and well-being of all children. This role includes developing a structured, trauma-informed atmosphere while facilitating activities that encourage essential skills like emotional regulation and effective communication. Your direct support will be vital in assisting families and promoting stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the safety and well-being of children and youth
• Facilitate recreational and skill-building activities




• Offer one-on-one mentoring and support
• Ensure accurate documentation of daily activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for family support
Requirements:
• Degree in Child Development or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience preferred
• Solid teamwork and organizational skills
• Cultural sensitivity and problem-solving abilities
• Adherence to confidentiality policies required
