In this role, you will enhance patient care through effective communication and accurate specimen handling. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients in specimen collection
• Execute phlebotomies and connect/disconnect monitors
• Conduct clinical trials and medical/legal test collections
• Maintain client feedback and respond to inquiries
• Ensure proper preparation of specimens for transport
Requirements:
• Completion of Medical Laboratory Assistant training or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and patient interaction
• Strong data entry and communication skills
• Ability to uphold patient confidentiality
• Work well independently and collaboratively
