As a crucial member of the Rick Hansen Foundation School Program, you will collaborate closely with youth to advance their skills in leadership and advocacy through the awards program and leadership committee. Your expertise will facilitate connections and support youth engagement initiatives, helping shape an international Youth Leadership Network alongside the Difference Maker of the Year Awards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage planning for the Difference Maker of the Year Awards
• Collaborate on equitable nomination reviews and promotions
• Serve as the primary contact for youth committee members




• Facilitate mentorship opportunities and speaker arrangements
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance in reporting
Requirements:
• 3+ years in program management or youth facilitation
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and webinar tools
• Effective communicator with diverse youth audiences
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusion best practices
