Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sprinkler Estimator to join a dynamic and cooperative estimation team. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, along with hands‑on experience in fire sprinkler design, estimating, and project coordination.

Location: Vaughan, ON

Work Arrangement: In-person

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate quotations for labor and materials for tender opportunities.
- Complete Tender Submissions, Pre-qualification Documents, And Other Required Documentation.
- Develop sprinkler layouts for estimates and thoroughly review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Attend tender site visits to gather information and support accurate estimating.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimates and successful project execution.
- Review project requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure estimates are comprehensive and competitive.

Skills & Qualifications





- Post-secondary diploma in Fire Protection Technology or equivalent industry experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in sprinkler design, project management, and/or estimating.
- Robust knowledge of fire sprinkler codes and standards, including OBC and NFPA.
- Familiarity with fire protection products, materials, equipment, and fire pumps.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Construction estimating experience of 2+ years is preferred.
