I have a 6 and 9 year old who both have ADHD/mild AUTISM. They are super affectionate, creative, energetic and love to play! I am looking for support Wednesdays from 2:30PM till 7:15PM.****Please note a vehicle and valid driver's license are required for this position.**** My kids would need to be picked up from school promptly at 2:30PM from James Kennedy Elementary School in Walnut Grove, Langley. They can be supervised to play at the school for a bit if weather permits (and they want to) then driven home to my home near Langley Events Centre (about a 10 min drive).Once home they would be permitted one hour of screen time, then support/engagement to play as they prefer. My son loves to be active and play sports or play Lego. My daughter loves games, puzzles, crafting, dolls, Math, reading, and gymnastics.While having an hour of screen time, my expectation would be that you prepared dinner and did some general tidying/start a load of laundry if need.I would arrive home around 5:30PM. Then I would have you remain to help support as a Mommy Helper. My son will have soccer that evening and my daughter gymnastics.



So I need someone to walk/drive my daughter to/from gynmastics (less than a km from our home pending weather) and continue to assist me with light housekeeping, prepare a meal for the next day, do some baking for lunch snacks etc while waiting for her gymnastics to end.End time would be 7:15PM (after my daughter's gymnastics is finished).I'm looking for someone who is experienced and understanding of working with neurodivergent kids, is incredibly patient and kind, energetic, and can help my kids focus on their strengths and social development. My kids do best outside and with an engaged person!
