This position supports the TMX Group’s mission by managing the Enterprise Risk Management initiatives for its subsidiaries, including the Canadian Depository for Securities and Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation. Your key duties will include risk identification, assessment, and enhancing operational resilience through comprehensive governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and advance TPRM governance framework
• Implement due diligence for recent vendor initiatives
• Guide and train teams on risk governance




• Contribute to TPRM quarterly reporting processes
• Analyze and benchmark against global regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred
• At least 3 years in risk management or audit functions
• Proven skills in Cybersecurity concepts
• Deep understanding of financial market infrastructures
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
