Starting October 2, 2026, this part-time role will last 18 months. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure that every patient's needs are met with dignity. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver empathetic and respectful care to residents
• Assess palliative symptoms and implement care plans
• Quickly build relationships with patients and their families
• Work independently and with a multi-disciplinary team
• Commit to qualified growth and continued education
Requirements:
• RN in good standing with the CNO
• At least one year of nursing experience in the last 5 years
• Possess current BCLS certification
• Commitment to complete relevant palliative care training
• Ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts
