The Opportunity ICS is seeking a detail‑oriented and analyticalLicensing Officerto join our team. This role plays a key part in assessing the suitability of applicants for licensing, administering licensing processes, and supporting compliance with Saskatchewan’s insurance regulatory framework.You will work in a professional regulatory environment that requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to interpret and apply legislation consistently and fairly.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process licensing applications, ensuring compliance with requirements set out in The Insurance Act, The Insurance Regulations, and Council Bylaws.Assess applications for completeness, accuracy, and suitability, and identify deficiencies where further information or clarification is required.Provide clear guidance to applicants and licensees on licensing requirements and processes.Respond to inquiries from licensees, applicants, and members of the public regarding licensing matters.Support investigations into non‑compliant conduct, as required, including compiling information and providing recommendations from a licensing perspective.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive personal and regulatory information.Qualifications The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, sound judgment,
