Working under the Activation Manager, this role focuses on developing cutting-edge activities based on residents' needs and preferences. You will conduct assessments, implement care plans, and facilitate both individual and group activities in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments upon admission and quarterly
• Plan innovative recreational and social activities
• Mentor students and supervise volunteer facilitators




• Maintain accurate resident records and monitor care plans
• Coordinate with staff for overall quality care
Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation or equivalent
• Experience in long-term care or social services
• Creative in program development within budgets
• Current CPR and Food Handler Safety Certificates
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese
