What we’re looking for:
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for similar skilled/tech roles
- Experience recruiting within the U.S. market - plus
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Native-level English – required
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
