MMP are currently recruiting for two Electrical Estimators to work with a Private Contractor in Surrey on a permanent basis.

Job Title: Electrical Estimator

Location: Sussex

Rate/Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed electrical estimates and tender submissions.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Carry out take-offs and cost analysis.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Identify value engineering opportunities where appropriate.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and suppliers throughout the tender process.
- Support project handovers to the delivery teams.
- Produce RAMS for handover
- Maintain accurate estimating records and tender documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator.




- Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience using estimating software is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence .
