In this full-time role, you will support The Mustard Seed's mission by offering clinical counselling to residents dealing with mental health and substance use challenges. Collaborating with the Health & Wellness team, you will conduct assessments and develop personalized wellness plans that lead clients toward improved well-being and housing stability. Your expertise will also help cultivate partnerships with community services for comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide case management and clinical counselling services
• Maintain client documentation for compliance and accountability




• Facilitate case consultations with internal and external partners
• Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based counselling methods
• Participate in team meetings to promote collaboration
Requirements:
• Master's degree in counselling or social work
• 1-2 years of relevant experience with vulnerable populations
• Understanding of mental health treatment protocols
• Ability to manage independent judgments and decisions
• Legal authorization to work full time in Canada
