Your role will be integral in partnering with the CFO and senior leadership in a variety of departments, including IT and Finance. With a robust emphasis on talent management and organizational effectiveness, you’ll provide strategic HR advice and facilitate change initiatives to drive business success. Your hands-on support will ensure that leadership is well-equipped to meet organizational goals while engaging employees effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with CFO leaders to define people strategies
• Lead succession planning and organizational design reviews




• Provide strategic HR recommendations for effective change
• Support talent development and retention strategies
• Analyze HR metrics to recommend actionable insights
Requirements:
• Proven HR experience supporting CFO and IT functions
• Effective in organizational change and workforce strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
