Elevate Shack Shine as the Director of Full-Funnel Marketing, driving franchise development and brand growth in a hybrid work environment. Use cutting-edge AI tools and analytics to diagnose and enhance the customer journey across North America.

This senior role reports to the Managing Director and plays a pivotal part in strategizing and executing marketing initiatives for Shack Shine’s franchise network. You'll oversee marketing budgets, enhance brand compliance, and optimize creative assets while ensuring each phase of the funnel is meticulously managed. Your analytical mindset will help identify areas for scale and improvement across channels.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead full-funnel marketing from awareness to conversion • Develop targeted campaigns for franchise partner attraction • Oversee brand integrity across creative and digital assets • Manage ad fund budgets and performance reviews • Optimize SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies collaboratively

Requirements: • 7+ years in marketing roles with direct accountability • Proven experience in agency or franchise settings • Proficient in AI integration for marketing operations • Strong SEO, AEO, and GEO management history • Skilled in freelance talent management and brand control
