Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of Secondary (high) school

Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a cook.

Job Duties:

- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and established standards.
- Preparing ingredients, including meats, vegetables, rice, beans, sauces, and toppings.
- Assembling burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items.
- Ensuring proper portion sizes,



food quality, presentation, and preparation times.
- Train staff in preparation
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Manage kitchen operations
