Vertical Addiction is an independent outdoor shop in Canmore, and we’re looking for an outdoor enthusiast to join our team as a Sales Associate.

Our job isn’t simply to sell gear. It’s to listen to our customers, understand what they’re planning to do, and help them find the equipment and apparel that actually make sense for their needs.

We’re a small team, so everyone pitches in. We work hard, share what we know, ask questions when we don’t, and try not to take ourselves too seriously. We’re looking for someone who brings that same attitude to work.

What you’ll do:

- Welcome customers and help them find the right gear and apparel for their needs.
- Provide friendly,



knowledgeable and honest customer service.
- Prioritize checkout to keep service quick and attentive.
- Answer customer phone calls.
- Help with online orders and receiving when needed.
- Learn about the products we carry and share that knowledge with customers and coworkers.
- Pitch in wherever needed — we’re a small team.
