This entry-level role supports Strathmore’s Finance department's accuracy, integrity, and efficiency. You will assist with monthly balance sheet activities, facilitate process improvements, and support the NetSuite ERP implementation. A solid foundation in accounting and finance will be developed as you engage with cross-functional teams and direct reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with monthly balance sheet close activities
• Support the implementation of NetSuite and basic troubleshooting




• Help compile financial reports and variance summaries
• Coordinate with departments for routine data requests
• Track KPIs under guidance of the VP Finance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or internships
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Bilingual in English and French
• Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
