As a Health Care Aide, reporting to the Home Care Manager, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team. This role will require you to provide essential personal and activity support to clients, adapting to their individual care plans. The position requires solid communication skills and the ability to observe and report health-related changes. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct client personal care and support
Assist with daily living tasks in various settings
Monitor and report on clients’ health and mood
Engage in organized activities for client improvement
Ensure a protected and secure environment within the care settings Requirements:
HCA Certificate within the first 18 months
Enrollment in the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Recent experience in Continuing Care or Home Care
