Reporting to the Senior Labour Relations Counsel, you will engage closely with administrators and faculty on policy development and negotiations. Effective communication and attention to detail are paramount in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for labour relations activities
Draft and review faculty contracts for compliance
Compile data and prepare internal reports
Liaise with legal counsel for support
Organize meetings and manage Labour Relations files Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in Microsoft Office tools essential
