Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to oversee daily operations, manage personnel, and ensure the highest standards of safety and service across all sites. This role is ideal for a strong leader with hands-on experience in security operations and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage security operations across multiple sites (residential, commercial, and events)
Supervise, schedule, and support security personnel
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain robust relationships
Handle incident reports, investigations, and conflict resolution
Train and onboard current security staff
Ensure all guards adhere to company protocols, including confidentiality and professionalism
Coordinate emergency response procedures when required

Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security supervision or management
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
Experience in event security, residential, and commercial security is an asset
Knowledge of use-of-force guidelines and de-escalation techniques
