Key Responsibilities:



• Perform assessments and create personalized exercise plans • Supervise exercise sessions for varied clientele • Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams • Provide education on chronic disease self-management • Utilize technology to reach rural populations

Requirements: • Bachelor's in Kinesiology or a similar field • Certification eligibility for CSEP or ACSM • Extensive background in chronic disease education • Experience in clinical exercise program development • Physical capability to perform patient-related activities
