The Lead Early Childhood Educator (LECE) will lead the Pre-primary Program Team at Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education, collaborating with ECE staff, families and community partners to create a supportive, engaging learning workplace.
The LECE will implement the Nova Scotia Early Learning Curriculum Framework, apply best practices, assess progress, and work with the Pre-Primary Facilitator and principal to deliver high-quality early learning experiences for children in the program.
