Join Allied Mechanical as a CNC Maintenance Technician II and drive excellence in machinery maintenance. This vital role involves hands-on troubleshooting and repair of CNC equipment and facility systems.
In this full-time position, you'll maintain a high level of operational uptime for CNC mills and lathes. Your expertise will enable efficient diagnostics and repairs, ensuring machinery meets stringent quality and safety standards. Additionally, you'll help develop preventive maintenance programs and lead corrective action efforts on recurring equipment issues, further reinforcing our commitment to quality production.
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and repair CNC mills, lathes,
and related systems • Perform diagnostics on mechanical and electrical issues • Oversee preventive maintenance practices for machinery • Support equipment relocations and installations • Record maintenance activities in the CMMS system
Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in aerospace or defense maintenance • Extensive knowledge of CNC systems and diagnostics • High school diploma or GED; technical certifications preferred • Ability to operate forklifts and aerial lifts • Solid documentation and communication skills
