Become a vital part of resident care at Yorkton District Nursing Home as a Recreation Worker. In this casual role, you will facilitate activities to boost clients’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This position requires one year of healthcare experience and a Grade 12 education.

As part of the Saskatchewan Health Authority, you will focus on holistic care that fosters spiritual and cultural connections among residents. Essential competencies include communication, organizational, and basic computer skills, allowing you to effectively implement and document activities. Key Responsibilities:
Implement recreational programs tailored to residents' needs
Monitor and document participation in activities




Foster connections to enhance clients' quality of life
Collaborate with healthcare teams for integrated care
Support special needs clients through adaptable programming Requirements:
At least one year of healthcare experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license when required
Solid organizational and communication abilities
