Drive sales and customer satisfaction as Tuff Industries’ Business Development Manager in Ontario. This full time role offers the chance to promote Tufdek, a leading waterproof vinyl decking brand throughout the region.

As the Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to execute territory sales initiatives while nurturing relationships with contractors and the building-envelope community. Your effective communication and product knowledge will empower you to deliver impactful presentations and enhance Tufdek's market share.

Additionally, you will collaborate with our sales team to support training and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Foster current and existing customer relationships
Develop and achieve strategic sales plans




Collaborate with contractors and industry specialists
Conduct presentations and product training sessions
Report on market trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in building materials
Knowledge of building-envelope systems advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Word, Outlook
Ability to work both independently and in teams
Must hold a valid driver’s license for travel
