Direct the execution of a comprehensive People & Culture plan
Oversee a dedicated team focused on employee satisfaction
Identify and address workforce risks and prospects




Implement leadership development and succession planning
Lead change initiatives promoting agility and performance Requirements:
Minimum 10 years in senior HR or related fields
Proven experience in successful people strategy development
Expertise in culture change and workforce management
Excellent judgment and ability to influence outcomes
