Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that parts are correctly assembled according to our BOM. Your extensive experience in soldering and familiarity with electronic components will be vital as you meet manufacturing targets consistently while adhering to Tech Digital's policies. Key Responsibilities:
Confirm parts installation is in line with BOM specifications
Solder and perform repairs on SMT components
Strive for excellence in manufacturing and quality metrics
Maintain all compliance with Tech Digital guidelines
Keep a clean and organized workspace Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 education
At least 5 years in hand soldering and assembly
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and written
Skill in reading component values and drawings
