The Production

Supervisor at Nu-Fab plays a pivotal role in daily production management, reporting to the Operations Manager. This position requires expertise in wood product manufacturing and employee training. You will manage workflow, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality assurance throughout the production cycle, fostering positive relationships within the team. Key Responsibilities:
Open and close plant operations as needed
Coordinate daily production schedules with the management team




Ensure safety measures are clearly communicated and followed
Oversee product inspections and equipment maintenance
Encourage staff input during daily huddles for improvement Requirements:
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and practices
Experience supervising and training team members
Competence with Microsoft Excel, Word, and workflow systems
High School Diploma or equal education level required
