Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in operating the community outreach program. Working with the Manager of Housing, Shelters, & Community Services, your responsibilities include staff supervision, crisis management, and fostering resident life skills. Ensure that every family feels respected and valued while maintaining program standards. Key Responsibilities:
Guide the onboarding and training for recent support staff
Monitor program intake processes and resident interactions
Provide leadership and training to volunteers
Conduct performance evaluations for team members
Stay observant to uphold safety and policy adherence Requirements:
Background in human and social services is preferred
Knowledge of homelessness and mental health issues
Robust analytical and communication skills required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations Help strengthen community bonds at Our Place Society through effective leadership.
