Reporting to the Manager of Policy and Intergovernmental Affairs, this position requires solid analytical skills and experience in negotiation. You'll be tasked with crafting recent policies and ensuring adherence to the Tsawwassen Treaty while fostering relationships between various stakeholders.

Develop and amend Tsawwassen legislation and policies
Provide research and analysis for senior management decision-making




Facilitate negotiations with federal and provincial partners
Support program evaluations and compliance assessments
Prepare briefing materials for the Tsawwassen Legislature Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in public policy or related field
Three or more years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of governmental interactions and treaty processes
Robust written and verbal communication abilities
