Join the University of Waterloo as a Senior Project Manager, focusing on facility renewal and construction excellence. Use your project management expertise to drive budgeting and scheduling initiatives. In this role, you will report directly to the Associate Director of Infrastructure within Plant Operations. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure projects meet university standards and budgetary constraints.

Your role is critical in maintaining communication with stakeholders and compliance with health and safety regulations, enriching the campus's infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
Manage design and construction projects from inception to completion
Develop budgets and schedules that align with project goals




Coordinate with technical teams and external contractors
Ensure compliance with environmental safety standards
Maintain official project documentation and records Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering
Skilled designation (OAA, P.Eng or C.E.T) required
At least four years of experience in construction project management
In-depth understanding of building codes and accessibility standards
Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project Leverage your project management skills in a meaningful way by enhancing facilities at the University of Waterloo.
